Building Strong Self-Esteem Youth Group (ages 12-18)

This progrm helps youth build strengths, face challenges, and make healthy choices. The program covers numerous topics and uses both educational and therapeutic techniques.

Building Strong Self-Esteem is based on research showing that youth can make significant changes in their behaviours, attitudes and how they see and feel about themselves by focusing on strengths rather than on problems.  I believe that all youth have strengths that can be enhanced if they are treated as unique individuals and have an active say and role in their own learning process and lives.
